Silks irish dry gin

Silks Gin is distilled by hand in small batches in our 500-litre custom copper pot still and is named in honour of the colourful silks won by the jockeys at Bellewstown racecourse, which we can see from our distillery in the Boyne Valley.

Our signature botanicals: apple blossom from the trees, honey from our bees and elderflower and hawthorn blossom from our hedgerows, are hand foraged from our 30-acre family apple orchards where we grow 6500 apple trees. Our 14 distinct botanicals are macerated for 24 hours before slow distilling with vapour infusion. Each distillation is cut back with our own deep well water before bottling.
