From grain to glass, the Boann whiskey range captures the spirit of the Boyne Valley.
We champion and celebrate the use of locally sourced grains, using malted and unmalted barley along with oats, wheat and rye. We are one of the first distilleries to produce Single Pot Still whiskey using this mix of grains in over 50 years, and our distillery is custom-built to create the most unique Single Pot Still whiskeys full of character and complexity.
Boann Whiskey Range
In 2024 we launched three expressions in the Boann Single Pot Still Whiskey range, and each one represents a crucial element in the making of our whiskey- Barley, Water and Wood.
